iSpring Learn -
What's New

We keep developing iSpring Learn and adding new features so you can delegate training management to the system and focus on your company's horizons.

Change your profile picture right in the mobile app

Now, you can change your iSpring Learn profile picture right in the mobile app! Just tap your current picture and take a new photo or upload it from your phone's gallery. And boom! Your profile picture has just been updated.

This feature is already available in your iSpring Learn mobile app — you just need to update it (iOS/Android).

The new Users Page settings

You can now set up the columns on the Users Page to choose which information will be displayed.

For example, you can set it up to show only the user’s name, department, and email. This will make it easier for you to work with the list of employees — you’ll see only the information you need.

iSpring Learn keeps the best training results

Now, iSpring Learn retains the employee’s best results on each material: both standalone materials and those within a course. It might be a presentation, a PDF manual, a text document, a page, or a video.

If an employee reopens the material but doesn’t study it to the end, all of the previous results will remain intact— and only the best results will be shown in all iSpring Learn reports.

Change the status or reset the progress for any learning material

Prior to this update, administrators could change the learning progress status only for materials within a course, such as resetting test results for verification. Or they could manually mark employees who completed the dialogue simulation.

We’ve expanded this function. Now administrators can do the same thing with the materials that are not included in any specific course.

Supervisor's training requests

There’s no need for extra messages or communications: now managers can request training for their employees with a single click.  iSpring Learn will automatically send a request to the training department and the administrator will enroll that employee in the course.

December 14, 2021 | Content authoring

Collaborate on pages with your colleagues

Now, authors can work on pages simultaneously — and that’s a great way to save time. For example, while you’re editing the text, your colleagues can select pictures and put a quiz together.

This new feature is currently in beta mode. Different authors can’t edit the same block (e.g., paragraph or list) at the same time. But they can edit different blocks on the same page simultaneously.

December 13, 2021 | Learner portal

Updated Collection of Consent to Process Personal Data

iSpring Learn LMS now asks learners to accept the privacy policy while registering. The platform won’t store a learner’s data until they give consent. If the learner doesn’t accept the privacy policy, they won’t be able to create an account.

If you decide to update the privacy policy, the learner will have to accept it again. They will see a notification in the learning portal on their computer or in the mobile app.

December 1, 2021 | Improvements

A new design for learning materials

We’ve revamped the design of the quiz and other content pages in the user portal. Now, your employees can immediately see all important information — title, description, deadline, and if they’ll receive a certificate at the end of the course.

Employees’ competency overviews are now available in their profiles

This summary will be a great help if you’re considering giving your employee a promotion, transferring them to another job position, or just want to discuss their achievements and ideas for improvement during a one on one.

Please, note: this update is available only if you have a 360-degree Performance Appraisal Module. We’ll be pleased to add it to your Learn account at no cost for 14 days – just email us. The feature is already available in your mobile app (iOS/Android)— just update iSpring Learn.

Log in via smartphone

There’s no need to remember your password to log in to iSpring Learn — just enter your phone number and the code from the SMS you’ll receive.

It’s already available for users who have enabled SMS notifications — you just need to choose this new option. If you want to activate SMS notifications, please keep in mind that it’s a paid service. Feel free to write to us and we’ll provide you with all the details.

The new feature will appear both on desktop and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
